I prefer whatsapp, as it's compatible with more platforms than kik. I don't generally give my number to others unless I'm reasonably comfortable with them anyway. If I wanted more of a remote system, I'd rely on email or IM etc.

I like kik for people im not sure about giving my number to. but tend to use whatsapp more, as the people who have my number are those I chat to the most anyway.

I generally don't chat to random people outside of fab anyway, the ones I am in contact with outside of fab I class as friends. x

Not that I know. However you don't need an email address or any details like that. So pick an obscure username and no one will find you anyway. Unless you give them your username. You can block them though after they messaged you.

Nah, it don't.. I've just been through every contact I've got on what's app. And the only ones who I can access any kind of media with are the ones I've shared..

So if I've had a convo say with above poster and sent them a pic. I can view that pic on there profile, and them back.. The rest just says no media.

And to double check it, I got a family member to open up my contact ( heart in mouth may I add

) Nope. They could only see the media we'd exchanged

Just been verifying the media folder issue with a android phone, it's there to see as a folder called media but greyed out

Only the people you have sent pictures or videos can view only the ones you sent.

It's impossible for someone to access your photo library.

Tango is very good, it allows you to make free video calls, (it does use your data if out and about, but at home you can use wifi,)to others that have Tango installed.
