It's struck me lately that i'm getting a lot of winks and friend invites from women and couples from all over the country, 'lucky man' i hear you say, but its also struck me that none of these responders are local, why is that? and does this happen to anyone else?

I think there are 5 categories:

1, too local - someone will know you, your car or work with someone or know someone who used to play darts with your dad.

2, local but not too close,

3, a good distance away but you don't need to take a packed lunch,

4, bloody miles away, but they are hot enough to make it worth it. And you can take a nice packed lunch,

5, that far away, it's far enough to go there on holiday.

It definitely happens to me also, very flattering but also frustrating as I think damn sexy woman but for example when the hell an I gonna get up to Glasgow to meet this woman, lol

Only few of my friends are local and even then is half hour plus away

we play with out of towners for that very reason, as you dont know the person and nor will you end up bumping into them if the meet didnt go to plan.

Have had 1 local meet that didnt go to plan and was awkward first few months of seeing the couple ere and there,so after that we said never again.

We personally prefer local as we can then get to know each other better, and its nice to say hello down the supermarket or wherever. Plus its convenient for those times when you're feeling horny and want to meet someone quickly. Requires discretion by all parties.

I agree, i prefer meets to be as close as possible as its more convenient, travel is easier and you can get together more quickly, especially when you're horny lol
