With all this lovely hot weather we''ve been having , if discovered I love driving naked? Or only dressed in stockings knickers and bra? What I want to know, is this breaking the law? Is there any law in driving naked?

Driving naked, yes various laws would cover that and no doubt it would cause concern from the general public.

Driving in undies, not specifically but it'll probably get you pulled over. Irrespective of mine and your thoughts, some people would probably find it a little odd, and express concern, especially if you're doing it for sexual excitement. Try a quiet remote place, not everyone is open minded sexually and many simply don't want their children exposed to such things and rightly so I guess.

The nearest seaside resort to us is Newquay. We regularly see people driving around in swimwear.

There's not much difference in my eyes

Thank you for your replays. And please, you dont need to mention about the children?? We're on an adult site, I don't think iv ever had a child just look in my car while I've been driving along? I'm not brave enough or stupid enough to go and drive around city streets in the day time for all to see??

But driving from the beach back to home in the evening? Or usually when returning home from some where, and it's been so hot, I drive with my t-shirt off, then thought Sod it it's so warm I took my shorts off too,

I was driving on some tiny narrow B roads.the other day, And a unusually large lorry came the other way, I pulled over to the left as tight as I could? And didn't have a chance to cover myself up, as the lorry slowly crept past me? I thought I had gotten away with it, when I suddenly heard "NICE COCK DARLING" I blushed and carried on driving away home,

Any way thank you for the advise xxx

Being on an adult site doesn't mean that people can't express concerns and you hadn't said that you just stuck to quiet roads in the dark.

You obviously can be seen by some people, if anyone took offence and reported you I expect the police would at least talk to you. But the way you're going about it minimises the risk.

I'm no lawyer, but whether nudity is actionable in law depends on the context and what's perceived to be local community standards, and therefore that gives the police a lot of leeway with arresting individuals. However, it's generally recognised that there's a place in the UK for innocent social nudity such as the Naked Bike Ride.
