We like to organise a meet and have quick drink and get down n dirty nice n quickly, have good fun, and say our goodbyes...thats ok int it? We look at it as we're wanting some fun but all can get on with their night having enjoyed the beginning with our meet. What do you all think of that? Its acceptable isnt it?

Pretty much this. Some people don't like preamble, while others like the build up.

If everyone is on the same page, nothing wrong with getting to it straight away

Most of my meets are like this purely because I don't have much time.....it's the same reason why I tend not to meet for a social first. Seems to work ok for me, so nothing wrong in my eyes.
