"does no mean no even in a private party and if you want to get friendly with someone does it have to be in the open with a group watching on or in a private room or is there no private rooms in a party" Would depend on what was said before party. If you have been invited expressly to perform as and for a group then I think that should be honoured. If it's a party with no particular aim other than everyone's fun then you should be able to go to another room. If it's in someones home they should have stipulated which rooms are for use. NO always means NO. ALWAYS.

"does no mean no even in a private party and if you want to get friendly with someone does it have to be in the open with a group watching on or in a private room or is there no private rooms in a party" There are some very long and complicated words in the English language but the most unambiguous ones is "No" so please help me which part of "No" are you having difficulty with?
