profile names

Not sure if this is the right place, iv been on and off fab for a couple of months and have noticed there are a lot of single profiles that change their user / profile names. I know because they mail me pics they had sent before with a different profile . am I missing something or could these be people that had been kicked off by other users but keep coming back with different profiles ?

If you're a site supporter you can change your username 3 times in 12 months,it could also be that they have deleted and rejoined,peoples behaviour on here is'nt always sinister......well not all the time
