No for all the reasons already given and no because everyone's definition of a time waster is completely different.

I'm here more than 10 years and had lots of conversations fizzle out but never once thought of it as time wasted.

If I decide to end a conversation after a period of time because I know we aren't compatible, no grown adult is going to report me for wasting their time but some would be happy to name and shame because they aren't used to the word "no".

The only ones I want banning are men who pretend to be couples, everyone is welcome to change their mind, and i do agree people chat with no intention of meeting or being the person you think you are talking to, but fab wont change, I'm sick of seeing the same profile show up once a week, with clearly intimate pictures of his ex, and trying to shame them "who knows me i love to be recognised" they have been trying to use those pictures for the last 3 years, always report, but its back again within a week

We've had our share of timewasters, looking for genuine single guys can be very tough on here.

We've had so many messaging a lot, arranging a meeting & then bailing out at the last minute. Some have blocked us too which really gets our backs up when we go to message them.

We don't think shaming them on here is a good idea though, much as we'd like to - it would open a can of worms.

We just wish they'd all fuck off & leave this place to decent people but that won't happen very soon.

Naming and shaming is rightly banned, with action taken against anyone who does it. Unacceptable mob rule allows people to pile on, when someone could be unfairly or maliciously blamed.

Fab has a very clear tool to report Timewasters who have an agreed meeting date time and place and they don't turn up. It's very simple - you just report the user, taking about 2 minutes to do.

Don't rush off Fab, to apps. It's ideal to keep your engagement in Fab, so that it can be verified here.

Always report any inappropriate behaviour to Fab, including no shows. The site relies on us all to help to get standards as high as possible.
