This is just a small survey really. Does anyone think there is the need for a club in the south essex area? Who would be interested if it had accommodation etc z

They are very rarely granted in the south don't seem to have the problem in the north

Do you actually need a license if your customers bring their own alcohol? All the best venues we have been to run this way from large houses etc

Not an alcohol license,a sex or swingers club you would need a licence from the local council.

Thats good to know. Its jusy an idea me and a friend are throwing about but well you just never know. I need to do something more exciting that working for other people lol

I know what you mean we have thought about it but it's quite a difficult thing to make pay and make a profit, then there is the local authorities it just seemed like a lot of time and effort, but please don't let me put you off, I really hope you make a go of it there is nothing in this area

We've never tried paradise spa, do like pleasures but its a bit too far to drive as is va. Not been to tease 2

Like you say there seems to be loads of clubs up north x

Have been to pleasures didn't seem so much like a club more like a house party really, va is lovely but I think they spent £500000 on the refurb, we go to chameleons a lot an it's great but it's open 7 days a week during the days as well, I'm just not sure there is the call for it in this area, I think you would get business on a Friday and a Saturday night but maybe need to cater for other niche groups other nights to make it pay ie gay and tv nights
