Isit OK to play while pregnant? I just met someone off here and she was quite heavily pregnant id say around 4-5 months...They didn't state it in there profile and got abit arsy when I said I think it's wrong...What are your views on it???

Physiologically there is no way that intercourse - with anyone - can damage a baby in utero.

That said, the chance of catching an STI is always there, even when "playing safe" and that could in some circumstances affect the baby.

Just a thought.

Catching an SRI when not pregnant only affects one person's life (assuming they don'tfVick anyone else before it gets treated.

Catching an SIT while pregnant can cause long term damage to the baby, affecting its development and even causing death in some cases so I'd say those horses were rather necessary wouldn't you?

Of course you would hope that the majority of people that partake of this little hobby get tested regularly but as the only persons sexual health you can be sure of is your own it's always best yo be careful, ans be extra careful when you are carrying a child.

The biggest risk to a babies life is the mother coming to harm, catching an STI from protected sex, that then causes harm, is a risk yes, but in % terms it is a very low risk

Driving whilst pregnant is also a risk, many, many, more people die every year in cars than from STIs

Smoking is a massively more dangerous activity for the baby than protected sex as well

Now of course some people may say but I can't not drive, I can't stop smoking etc and that's fine

But this needs to put in the context of choices, virtually no woman doesn't take a risk with their unborn child, they just take very small risks, on the basis of their lifestyle and choices, in the knowledge they'll probably be ok

The same could be said about people who enjoy watersports needing there head examined. dp or watersports while not pregnant isn't putting a child at serious risk. A child is meant to be the most precious thing in your life and to take an unnesasery risk seems to me to be wrong. I think the farther should have a say a swell! My opinion an il stick to it I want the best possible start for my child an nothing compares to the protectiveness over your own children why on earth would I take the risk an put my child in danger. Not for me an il be honest I would not let my partner have sex with another man at all child safety an well being comes first every time no matter how tight it may sound not letting partner play. I've had six kids.. and no incidents.. so it is down to personal choice. I've never swung while pregnant.. just had multiple partners.. which was my choice... To some this is a casual thing.. for me it's part of my lifestyle. I'm sure many follow guidelines to the letter while pregnant.. I chose to ask advice.. then make my own decisions.

The thing is if something had of happened then they would have to live with that fact the rest of there life and what an awful situation to be in. It may be part of people's lives but when you have children your life changes.

Sharing a partner is totally different to swinging while pregnant. Everyone has a choice except the unborn child

I still maintain it should be up to those that are pregnant to decide. If they want to fine no one is forcing anyone to do it. If it's not for you.. that's fine... Just don't judge them for wanting to.

Rach is pregnant and not keen to play but happy to go to Eurekas to sunbath by the pool naked and go to the evening party but not interested in playing.....one guy was a twat and thought she shouldnt be there but to sit n people watch have some fun oh and drive me home, whats the harm. Plenty there wanted to touch the bump!!

I think that man was rude you have every right to go to a club and enjoy the facilities and views if that's what you enjoy why not.

Some people are so quick to judge and point fingers in the swinging world but very rarely do they question their own actions.

Pregnant lady is for life not just Christmas and in my view is she will do what ever she chooses and I would let her my wife when pregnant felt horny all the time and if she was into three sums then I would of let her as its her body

Clearly quite an emotive thread this. Not sure I agree with some of the language which is clearly very passionate and although I find the concept sexy, not sure I'd be totally comfortable with my partner playing at that time, as I'd be worried (justifiable or not) about her. Having said that, people make choices in life and sometimes they're not brilliant or to everyone's taste but they are their choices not ours.

Posting about morality on a swingers forum sort of makes me laugh though. To the greater population many of them would think we are "sick and twisted" as well

You are so right, i live in middle England, work on an office where all of the people there would think we are sick, twisted etc.... We go to a club, in particular Eurekas, its very Liberal, everything, anything goes and so we can sunbath nude, go to the party 8 till 3 am where allsorts goes on and Rach is safe to sit, watch it all go, we dont have yo play to enjoy but some do have a problem with it..... Pregnant women shouldnt be there some i know think

We certainly dont think we are, its just the comments one hears can be hilarious, to us, going to a club and see 300 people loving the night or meeting a couple and loving their company for the night... Well there is nothing better but as said non players have no idea and so no understanding.....

when someone is potentially putting a child in damger of permanent damage or even death i think its a totally different sublect to wether you like to have threesomes or more somes that isnt potentially damaging an innocent child. how is anyone jumping the gun someone wanted to play while pregnant that is all we need to know to discuss the matter.

Wowwie that went crazy for a min haha. Being a mum I know what it was like although I was swinging through the first 6 mknths (due to nkt knowing I was pregnant) once I found out I deleted my profile so I could concentrate on baby and getting ready for what was coming. I think I rejoined once baby was about 3 months. Personally I think pregnant women are something to be cherished! They are doing a wonderful (or potentially terrible) thing! My best friends preg and she is with the babies dad but sometimes he just cant satisfy her so when I have a spare night she'll come down to mine and get treat like a princess and she'll get what shes missing at home - obv with toys theres a far minor risk of infection and her lad does know so happy on both sides I guess but never would I say it was sick, surely people here would be called sick for wanting to swap partners, have multiple partners in a go, want to do watersports/toilet play/pain etc. Before judging others think what would my parents or kids say if they found out and just remember everyone here is here for the same reason, pregnant or not, it could well be someone close to home and you just dont know it.

I would be more worried about STI's if I were pregnant as its not just my life at stake if I was pregnant.

All these shouty abusive people on here need to chill out a bit I think. All people are doing is expressing opinions not attacking the person the OP met with. The only negative comments about the meet we're that she should have told him she was pregnant and I agree with that.
