On a first meet...and the fact you dont know the people albeit chat on web......should you tell dirty jokes to break the ice or not....I know some fantasitic ones but some folks, swingers even are far to prude...lol

all depends on the way the meet is going, not everyone or every meet are the same, I wouldn't set out to do so but if the convo was heading in that direction and I had one to share, I may well do so.
