does nobody ever read profiles anymore?

I ask nicely for a face pic in the first paragraph in my profile text, and a majority of messages don't send pics, so they get ignored then I get snotty messages back asking why!!!

No we skip directly to the pictures. If the pictures show you are indeed female (or some variation thereof) and look like you have a pulse then we bang off a cut'n'paste mail if you're lucky, or if you're unlucky "wanna fuk?". Or possibly we just bang off.

What on earth would we want to read ths words for? You're on a sex site, you must want cock. That is all.

My profile has a list of reasonable criterion, must have a public pic (not nescissarily face), must be verified, must have been on site for more than 3 months, must be able to get an erection (if male)

I also insist on more than a one line profile, and more than a one line message,,, I also insist on a VOICE call from an open number,,, actually it is amazing how many men fail to understand that last item and launch into txt ping pong!!!

The number of mails has fallen from 10 a day to less than three,, but at least they are from men who can read! LOL

People read but then they still do what they want just live with it and ignore or block which ever you prefer.

So the non jokey answer is.....

No, most (not all) men mail don't READ the profiles before mailing. They just drool over the pics and send a mail while wanking.

They think that this is a sex site, or instashag, rather than a site for fun and friendship, so they think they don't have to try. Also they get knocked back so much that they have to send out 100 mails to get one reply.

I find people have selective reading. I get "I've read your profile, and although I'm short..." ignoring the fact they can't accommodate or are married too!
