SERIOUS QUESTION: is there such a thing as TOO MUCH masturbation?! Can you get too much of a good thing?!

If so, where do you draw the line? Presumably once a day is okay (on those days when you're not having sex with someone else... or maybe even when you are)? Twice a day (is once in the morning and once at night excessive?!)? Three times?!

Question goes equally to both the ladies (we all know you do it too!) and the gents...

I would have thought as many times as you like, were all diferent, some have higher sex drives ect so just keep doin what your doin and don't worry about it, happy wanking

Thanks for the comments. I'm not too worried about how much I wank (although I have a very high sex drive so do it a lot!), but I'm more interested what others think about their own wanking habits.

Do you think you wank too much? If so, how often do you do it? Do you occasionally (regularly?) find yourself wanking in the work toilets? Do you wish you wanked less?

Just curious about other people's wanking habits and attitudes to wanking!

well as they say if you keep playing your self your go blind,, not quite true, your eyes will be more suseptable to bright lights as the only 2 places the body needs a cetain chemical is in sperm and the eyes to help them cope witht bright lights, I need to wear sunglasses most days, so what does that say about me mmmmmm

Of course there is such a thing as too much. If it is affecting your daily life, you've probably crossed into the realm of addiction.

If you have no other commitments, then you can probably afford to sit around and wank 8 times a day. If you have a job (amongst other things) though, then the same amount of wanking should be seen as an issue.

Your mileage may vary.

I masterbate 2 /3 times everyday unless ill or with a woman, then only 1or 2 times a day. I can wank upto 7 or 8 times a day if on the net and bored with no meets. I have discussed this with a doctor (GP) and he suggests its not an addiction but a habit as there is no chemical stimulous. Endorphines or some other chemicals are released to the brain on orgasm giving pleasure. There is no real issue as the body will only produce what sperm it can - I often stop having liquid ejaculate after 5 or so orgasms.
