It can be hot in the moment but doesn't last very long. Also only certain body types and strength can accommodate this. Ive only done it because I have the dimensions of a hobbit and he was built like a viking.

Yeah I imagine that's the body type combo that works best. I must admit, seeing videos of tall "Amazonian" women picking up their costar to do this is pretty hot.
