Phone cameras have a lot of distortion, which can work well at times but sometimes it’s better to move the camera further away and zoom in if your phone has a good optical zoom.

Sometimes I go to other side of room and go 3x or 5x zoom.

Look for light, natural light to touch the edge of the body, in a bedroom a slightly open curtain can work well.

Have some references, find pics you like and have fun trying to recreate them.

I love teasing subtle pictures like nails digging in. Hands on head. Shadows. Lights dimmed. Using filters is good too I like black and white.

But a good option is videos and pausing in positions. Then screenshotting the videos.
