There are so many capital letters used on this site - I have no idea what some of them mean!

Nothing, MMF is generally straight unless it's marked as "bi MMF".

Some people use MFM and claim MMF is always bi but it's not really very common.

This is our understanding too. If having two M's together means the men are bi, how do you denote a 1 woman, 3+ men scenario, where the men are straight?
