Is there where in and around Plymouth/Cornwall that you can be nude when the hotter weather hits!

We heard down Derry and slapton.??

If so where too? As don't want to get it wrong LoL

Yes, definitely Downderry in South East Cornwall and Slapton Sands.

Another good place is Vault Beach (my own favourite) but it's down near Gorran Haven so may be too much of a trek for you.

The road is still destroyed at Slapton since the winter storms and unlikely to open again before the Autumn so beach access is difficult.

Risked it today but that wind seemed to be coming straight off the sea. Spent most of my time trying not to get sandblasted. Hoping the wind eases a bit for the weekend 🤞

There’s a beach at Thurlestone that you across from the coastal footpath. Very private but access is quite steep!

Wouldn't say you're allowed to but people often do hidden behind rocks, beach shelters etc. Just need to try and be a bit discreet. Also need to be okay with sand adding to the friction 😂.

Now that pedn vounder is 'closed' (although still accessible and will visit next weekend) and godrevy fishing cove is now blocked off..

Apart from vault and Arthur's am in need of a new regular cornish beach

I wonder how many naked visits/people it would take to just try it somewhere new on Cornwall to see if it can get unofficially recognised as nudist

Yeah, I’m hoping to visit Slapton as a nude this year.

Access from the Totnes and Dartmouth side is gonna be fine as usual but might make it a little bit quieter with the folk from Plymouth not having access due to the road closure but I’m sure there is a lengthy diversion scheme in place.

Other option is to park at the end of the old tank beach car park and walk at least a mile along the old road to access the nude Beach in the usual way.

Correction to my earlier post. Pedn has a closed sign but very much accessible. And as it was dry I've realised fisherman's cove near Gwithian is in fact accessible too.

Lots of naked people on both today

I would assume it would all depend on you location and how far you are willing to travel. I am only aware of 1 other beach in cornwall
