I've never had a headache from them, but the "flushing" of the face is a side effect I have when they start to kick in - although it soon subsides.

They last 4 hours(ish), and only kick in when you're stimulated. It's not a case of taking them and you have an uncontrollable hard on. Unless you're one of the chosen few who stays hard naturally after ejeculation, you'll go soft again BUT when you're ready to go again it'll be hard as a rock in no time.

I take sildenafil. They take around 20 mins to kick in, giving you a flushed appearance for around 30 minutes but working really effectively as long as you are turned on.

Half a tablet lasts all day and half the next day for me, so can just keep going. It can make you so hard it can hurt though, but as the Cat said in Red Dwarf if you strap a black & decker drill on the end you can make it through walls!

Keeping the side effects down is sometimes a matter of adjusting the dose - remember you need less on an empty stomach and it kicks in quicker as it adsorbs faster than on a full stomach. The effects can certainly last longer than the 4hours.

I also take these and get a stuffy nose for about an hour but they certainly work and i can stay hard for as long as I'm turned on. Also i think they make me last a bit longer which is helpful for me

I’ve used them, get a bit warm and a dull headache. The only thing I find is that I sometimes struggle to cum. Can go for ages without getting a happy ending. I find they last a while and you can still feel the benefit the next day.
