Take it slow, and very wet. You can't go wrong. If it hurts, stop and go slower. Best way to practice is on yourself. That way you get to know your limits and your reactions. You will then be a LOT more relaxed.

I never said it hurts we only ever do what were comfortable with and when we're comfortable. We have anal play a lot and have anal sex when we can were both very relaxed about it and both enjoy and want it. It's not that either is tense or clenching we just both appear to be naturally quite tight.

I dont think I worded it right I meant tips for angles/ positions and specific toys that are more enjoyable than others rather than tips on how to manage to do it
