Is honesty on what a mans preferences is in what they are looking for in someone rude?

Keen to know peoples thoughts , as have had some disrespectful messages which have shocked me... And iv seen lots of profiles explicitly confirming what they are after and I just think that's fair enough , I don't see that they are being rude if they are after something particular from someone x

It's not about stating preferences, it's about *HOW* you state them.

Its better to say who you would like to meet and not be rude about those that you don't

You have a very interesting profile which many people would find the wording disrespectful and shocking.

It is of course acceptable to state what your preferences are, but do it in a way that isn't criticising and negative about people.
