When people go dog walking do they meet for fun as well ?

They always seem so polite and friendly

In our experience some do yes. Specifically choosing to "walk the dog" in secluded but known dogging/ meeting locations.

Why do you think they call it dogging

It has its origins from dog walking and using it as a guise for clandestine adulterous meetings

Now the dogs get left at home and the humans meet in car parks
