Renting a shag pad by the hour. How much would you pay?

Some market research if you will. Accommodating seems to be a real challenge for folks who enjoy this lifestyle. So an idea.the rent by the hour shag pad.

Assumptions:

- central location

- parking nearby

- very robust bed

- great shower

- very clean

The question: how much would you pay to use something like this by the hour?

We're a cheap date. Travel Lodge or Jury's Inn do some great deals. We'd always want more than an hour so hourly rate would have to be quite low.

I don’t disagree but day use are limited in supply and often still quite expensive. Thinking the shag pad could be geared for the purpose a bit like some adult air bnbs I’ve seen…

Makes sense. I was thinking first hour more expensive to cover cleaning, then tails off for extra hours. Can do parking style “do you want to top up” towards the end of your hour

Obviously a Saturday summer night being the most expensive time,

Booking.com can do a Jury's Inn tonight for £53. I almost want to find a playmate to take advantage of the price 🤣

I can't see how an hourly rate can beat that.

I guess one challenge is check-in time. Typically after 1600. But agree the economics are quite tight at the £50 level largely because of cleaning. Also… would be hard to find a cleaner given the purpose the of apartment 🤣

Would just use a hotel and pay the going rate.

It also means Paul and I can have a few drinks and stay the night.

Thinking the more luxury end of this is where the market is. Sex swing / bench / sex toy vending machine similar to the toys you can buy at the Mondrian Sea Containers in London etc
