I had this with a 57 year old woman. She was melting thst she might get pregnant.

I did remind her of actual age and the medical reality of her situation at that even being possible is almost zilch . plus informing of her 15 years of estrogen as a trans and what it does to the fertility of said person . She finally added the two together
