Not - whichever way you look at these things, they are a form of drug, and in my opinion, if you need to rely upon these things to get aroused, then there is something more deep rooted at fault

Don't all jump me criticizing this comment, im just saying it from my point of view

Our own point of view is: Each to their own enjoyment.

They have nothing to do with a boring sex life nor do we need them everytime we have fun.

We do both use them when the mood takes us & understand if some people don't like them.

We only use them if everyone involved enjoys them too.

I've used them before but not in any way to get aroused. I've no problem on that front. What I would say is that they produce a totally different sensation during sex and to be honest, its very short lived in the grand scheme of a sex session. From a personal point of view, its fun to try new things, hence why I do it only very occasionally.

I know you're only putting your point of view across but sorry to say that it shows a general lack of knowledge as to the purpose of poppers, saying its only because someone can't get a hard-on, thats completely wrong. Some people may use it for that but others, like myself, have tried it for the different sensation it gives and suffered no ill effects as long as its taken properly.

Poppers are a relaxant which affects the vaginal and anal muscles which is why they are so popular with gay men...i use them occasionally when having anal sex or being fisted anally and yes in a sense it is a bit like sniffing solvent but come on - if you can buy them at Ann Summers they are not that bad guys lol!!!!

Each to their own. As a number of posts have said on here, including my own, some may use it for getting a hard on but a huge amount of people use it to gain a different experience so its not replied upon for people to simply 'have sex'.

As I say, each to their own. Some drink lots of coffee and get sore heads, dry mouths etc. from the caffeine come down, some people smoke and get withdrawl symptoms when they can't have one, these are all dangerous drugs and used by millions.

Thats absolutely fair enough, I was only really pointing out that although those are your views, surely they would be more helpful to the debate on here if you had more of a sense of what they were for. Frankly, I don't really give a flying fuck what your disposition is towards people using them, thats totally up to you but surely if you're going to post your views, you'd prefer them to be more fully informed?

....Hi, can i ask does it leave you coughing for days....I ask coz i seem fine with it yet "mischief" seems horrendous and not sure it its just the poppers, fake ciggy, or shes not quite recovered from a chest infection (hasten to add we've put the use on hold) x

but they arent used to enhance anything..

tobacco and alcohol is unfortunatly something that became big before the risks were realised and now its one of those things that cant just be taken out of society, same as radiation really.. marie curie discovered it and everyone thought it was amazing stuff until they all started getting cancer and things..

Poppers are not illegal, they are not dangerous (unless you are taking certain other drugs), they have warnings on them, and they are used and enjoyed by many many people. Like everything else they can be misused, but to equate them to some dangerous illegal substance is just being hysterical. If you don't like them, don't use them, and leave those adults who do use them safely and legally to do their own thing.
