Condom sizes

I just thought I'd start a thread on this after mentioning it another discussion, but up until recently I had major issues with condoms quite literally strangling the life out of me.

After trawling for larger condoms I found that none of the known XL's fit still. It seems that manufacturers have a habit of just putting and extra inch on the end and calling it XL.

I'm far from the biggest guy out there, though as I'm about 6'4" I guess it's just in proportion to the rest of me, and the average size being 6" doesn't mean that the spread isn't over a really wide range. We read review after review from so many different guys and couples, all saying how brand X was too slim or too short and how hard it was to find one that fits.

Eventually we found a company called 'Mysize', which offer condoms in different circumferences, and up to a good length too.

It's not exactly a bra fitting service by all means, but problem solved nonetheless! Measure your circumference (they even offer a silly paper measuring guide to print out), and simply cross check with their condom size guide.

Interestingly, we tried out a couple of different sizes just to be sure and found the 64mm to be the best fit for me. Not that interesting you say? Well the last 'larger sized' condom we tried from another brand was also a 64mm, but was so tight it nearly cut me in two! As women have known for years, not everyone's inches are equal.

So gents, do your little fella a favour, and try a fitted condom out for size. You won't regret it!

I am on the bigger side and I have to say most of the condoms I try or too tight.. (I know you can blow them up to fit over your head, but does not mean it does not get very tight from a certain size)

Mates natural are my preference currently

Yeah, we found it was the way they taper (or don't) towards the base that does it.

There were plenty that had extra with heads for example, but not at the bottom of the shaft.

No probs. Hopefully you find one that fits nice and snug too.

Oh, they sell them on Amazon too, so once you know your size you can save a few quid by ordering through there instead. Can't remember the sellers name, but they're not hard to find.

I've just used skins xl, still a little to tight so going for Trojan XL next, can you buy the Mysize ones in boots?

Not seen them in boots, no. Don't hold me to it, but I think you can only buy them imported.

Unless you need them that night it doesn't matter too much though, as the delivery from the Amazon shop was nice and fast.

Look, it is quite easy to get a condom on your head and blow it up to a huge size, if your willy is too big for that it's too big to fit in a vagina! Get real and stop advertising yourself as huge and hoping to get a meet. Strange it seems to be only single men having this problem?

It is not the size you can stretch it to that is the issue, it is how tight it feels as you have to stretch it.

Just thing of an elastic band, the more you stretch an elastic band the tight it gets..

You can also inflate a water balloon to a massive size but that doesn't mean it'll stretch comfortably!

It's not about being 'big'. It's about finding a size that's comfy for you.

That means for all sizes.

Oh, and last I checked we're not a single male, and funnily enough women aren't in the market for condom fitting services!

I know! If you were believe what you read in the forums you'd be forgiven for thinking every guy is packing a 14 inch monster in his pants when in reality the number of guys above 9 inches or so is statistically insignificant.

It's not just the guys though, the number of profiles I've read where the woman is insisting on 10+ and then they complain about time wasters and fakes. What do you expect!

This thread was supposed to be informative and helpful to everyone.

Guys, please don't turn it into a cock-fest!

Many people have been putting up with poorly fitting condoms, and so hopefully some will see this and get measured up properly.

Again, it's not about how big/small anyone is, it's about finding the right size for an individual. If someone is happy with their current condom of choice, then this thread is probably not for them.
