When my son was about eight months old we was in our local supermarket, he was in his pushchair. The women in front of us stopped to pick something up. As she bent down we walked around her and as we did our son slapped her on the bottom. She was not amused hehe

This reminds me of an occasion 20 odd yrs ago, when my motorbike was off the road and I was pillion on my mate's bike. As we were approaching a pub 2 girls in leathers were walking on the pavement. I told my mate to slow down a bit, as we passed I spanked a rather pert bum on the way past.

5 minutes later the pair of them came into the pub pissing themselves with laughter, "Oi you bastards.......

One ended up being my missus for 5 yrs and my mate went out with the other for about 3 yrs

Why would it be? Can men not be sexually assaulted then? Surely not taking it seriously is discrimination based on gender?

I agree the reaction of the 'victim' is different but the post I quoted seemed to suggest the authorities see it as assault only if it's in yeoman and that is discrimination.
