Many moons ago... I ended up in a&e with a wound that needed to be stitched.... The worst part was we did the same thing the following week and I had to go back.... It was the same nurse. Who, because I was blatantly lying about how the injuries were caused (don't ask!) she thought I may have been trying to commit suicide... So ended up giving me leaflets and trying to arrange councilling for me!
