Cause their mindset probably goes:

It always makes me wonder when couples get messages when stating not to meet guys what the messages actually say? Are they legible? Or does it show evidence of one handed typing?

Not sure about kids. Hmmm, mummy, I couldn't find my Lego so I'm going on your naughty website to message some ladies... Lol.

But its because ladies don't reply to many messages. So, instead of reading every profile and writing, they seek to save time and broadcast themselves more effectively by skipping a step.

Five mins to read a profile, one min to send message... Ignored. (100% fail)

Five mins to send five messages to five women... Five mins. Maybe one reply. (20% success)

And there's the answer!

A up its not just the single lads that don't read profiles , there are plenty of couples that do it too.We just go Grrrr delete and jog on meow .

When I replied to someone "I think you need to read my profile" I then got told I'm rude and arrogant and then attacked the way I look. So yh kids in mentality I guess haha

Whenever I check the 'Who's Viewed You' page, I am surprised by how few people have read it - and I don't mean generally, I mean out of the people who have replied to my messages and with whom I am in conversation!

Typically, I'd say only one out of three people who've ever replied to my messages have checked my profile before/after doing so.

People can hide from showing up on the 'looked at me' pages. They may all have looked, they just don't show up.

U can hide urself from showing on the who's viewed me page.

Also just cos they have clicked on ur profile doesn't mean they have actually read it properly

Story of my life!!

bugs the shit out of me! I get men way over my age preference messaging me all the time! and when your getting 30/40 messages per day it does become repetitive and tedious constantly.......just read my feckin profile instead of looking at the pics

I've just simply give up now!!

We get it all the time.just just have to laugh.

We get messages from blokes who call themselves athletic and have spaghetti arms.even though profile asks for gym goers only.just block them now.

Could try making profile shorter and more concise and use bullet points to make it easier to read at a glance. Big blocks of text can be difficult to read especially for people using their phone. I think people not reading profiles in detail is quite a common problem on most sites. You can also set your filters to stop some unwanted people contacting you. Hope this helps.
