But a bit of lube helps.

You can only get hard if there's room too.

But not painful.

Personally it feels like your naked, as can't feel any clothes nr your cock. Odd sensation while out and about

Can be a bit painful initially, when trying to get fully excited. If wearing for prolonged periods, 24/7, the first three nights can be painful.

Smaller cages tend to be more comfortable as they restrict movement. For prolonged wear, I would recommend metal (open bar style).

I have recently reached 40 months of almost 24/7 caging. Love it and prefer it now.
