Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice about clubs. I'm wanting to join and visit a club.

Could someone tell me a good one for guys near Newcastle. And what to expect?

Would someone even meet me there to introduce me to the scene?

clubs have reviews on here, they are objective so yu will get a great idea from there.

well in 2010..

on an adult site..

if people can't give a true expression of their opinion of a club.. the good with the bad points..

it will only ever be THEIR opinion and the folks reading them should accept that..

if I was to say... jumping off a cliff is fabby and the air rushing over my baldie head is exhilarating.. hopefully beachy head would not be overflowing with slap heads before noon..

If someone put a turnstile at the doorway to Beachy Head, or sold drinks to the crowd watching the jumpers, it might be in their interest to encourage you to say nice things about the experience.

there is a club in staley called clubf

although cant comment on what it's like as we dont bother with clubs lol

Almost every club in the CLUBS section has good and bad reviews, of course no club can have or be everything everyone wants but many reviews point out what people found good about it and what people found bad about it so you can make your own mind up.

I think saying the reviews are a waste of time without offering any other advice is a bit cynical not the reviews.

The CLUBS section will not answer all this guys questions but perhaps give him an initial insight into the club scene, tell him where they are in his area (as he asked that) and then he can use the Forums advice threads to find out specific answers

Basically yes - but then so are word of mouth recomendations.

What someone might enjoy or not enjoy about a certain club is VERY subjective, ask any group of swingers who visit clubs regularly what they think of a particular club, and you'll likely get as many different opinion as there are people in the room.

One person might like a club and someone esle may hate it, but both for exactly the same reason!!

Obviously some clubs are better than others, there are a few that are certifiable shitholes, and sometimes its just luck of the draw in terms of whether you go on a "good" night or a "bad" one - but ultimately the only way you are really going to find out is by taking the plunge.

If there's one thing I learned is that a club is usually only as good as the people who happen to turn up on the night.

and how can you be objective over something thats inherrently subjective anyway?

That's exactly the point I made in the third post on this thread. What you can do, however, is listen to someone who you know has no axe to grind either way.
