However turning 51 just few weeks ago did highlight to me consequence of getting older.

I wonder if this site has the data on profile ages groups, and age preferences both upper and lower.

It would be interesting to see on a graph if it's a slow taper, or a sudden drop in 5 year age increments?

I mean I can't respond or shag all the men here.

The limit is mostly for here, otherwise too many messages.

If I'm in a club I'm not going to age shame anyone, especially if we get on.

I mean, they say older men want women 30 and under...I do not care.

When I was 30, I was married to a man who was 31 and that felt right for me then. Now, men closer to my age still feels right. My brain goes to non-sexual if a man reminds me of my dad or my unborn son. Just the same way it views female body parts as clinical. lol!

I literally was in Torture Garden this Saturday with people in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s..or is this an exclusively London mindset that we go out and do sexy, fun things until we are dead or in hospital?

A lot of people only want to play with people under 40 even if they are over 40 because that's all they see in popular porn which fuels their fantasies.

Rare to see a dad bod in porn. The men are often very slim or ripped...the reality is most of us middle-aged people have an extra pound or tire or two as our bodies slow down hormonally.

I'm selective in my porn because I don't want my brain wired that way and my brain has addictive tendencies!

Usually it's younger women or younger looking women with older men across the board but I find more couples closer in age in swinging reality.

Hormones and menopause knock a lot of women out and we feel totally unsexy! I play women's football and the 50 plus and 60 plus ladies do get a lot of injuries so that makes them even less likely to want to do rumpy pumpy.

I have hip pain but I just find a good position for rumpy pump and once the dopamine and adrenaline arousal hit I can feel my hip pain anymore. Lol! Also helps when I get a massage from playmates and others in the club.

Women over 50 seem to be scared of the cancer risk of HRT and scared that lifting weights in the gym will make them look like a man. I don't care about any of that. I just want my body and mind to work so I do whatever ( sex included) to keep going. I'm a fixer and determined.

One lady said that she wanted a hot young man because she didn't have boyfriend with 6 packs when she was younger. So that's another reason, I guess. My playmates come in all shapes, sizes and heights. So I guess for me it's more of a mental connection.

When I turned 51 I thought "that's me out of a lot of ladies scope now" and yep, it is. Shame really because 50+ isn't the old person age it once was. I see it as the new 40. That said they ladies I have talked to since passing that threshold don't care about the age, it's the person that counts.

Rare to see a dad bod in porn. The men are often very slim or ripped...the reality is most of us middle-aged people have an extra pound or tire or two as our bodies slow down hormonally.

Football for over 50s is hard on the body and like you said its high risk of injury. At my age 50+ functional strength training, flexibility and join mobility most benificial. And I bet no man would say no to a woman 50+ who invests in the body with weights. That's a plus plus to me. get in the gym ladies....
