I agree it's depressing . But would say its more like 50:1 not 100:1 and 99% of the guys think the girl on here are pices of meat , so that means 1:2 nice guy to girls

Another site that I'm a member of gives the stats for the number of members that meet your search criteria on the search page.

The precise numbers on fab will of course be different but I'd guess the overall percentages would be quite similar.

Out of a total of approx 1.9 million members, 1.1m are single males, 56k are single females, and 370k are couples (which seems to leave a few profiles left over which are none of the above)

So single males make up about 58%, couples about 20%, and single women about 0.3%

But out of those single women, only around half are interested in meeting men, and only around one sixth of couples - so as a single guy, and assuming you're straight, only around 3.5% of the site is interested in meeting you.

Which would explain why I'm doing maths instead of shagging or replying to messages
