Porn and its associated dopamine release is actually really bad. I’d knock porn on the head altogether if you do watch it. Masturbation without porn is healthy. As for the lack of energy, that’s not good at 22, but at that age, I could sleep for England, so maybe I was the same. | |||

" I’ve started working more, I’d say my diet is better than the average person and I exercise quite a lot but less since I started working more. I think my sleep could be better but I try to get 7/8/9 hours usually. | |||
