Over the last 2 years post puberty I’ve felt like my energy/excitement levels have dropped compared to before and even my sex drive. I’m not sure if this it normal at this age or it’s just because I’m no longer as free in life as before?

Could be all sorts of reasons for it, I'd have a chat with your doctor. Could be something as simple as low iron or vitamin D levels which are easy to rectify.

I have had blood tests for low energy and they came out normal apparently.

First question, to address the primary non medical cause affecting libido: How much porn do you look at / watch and how often do you masturbate?

How much are you sleeping, drinking, working, exercising, socialising, eating? How's your diet?

Whats your consumption of porn?

This is good advice. Porn and its associated dopamine release is actually really bad. I’d knock porn on the head altogether if you do watch it. Masturbation without porn is healthy.

As for the lack of energy, that’s not good at 22, but at that age, I could sleep for England, so maybe I was the same.

For all the porn questions I don’t watch it and fab is definitely the most “porn” I see.

I’ve started working more, I’d say my diet is better than the average person and I exercise quite a lot but less since I started working more. I think my sleep could be better but I try to get 7/8/9 hours usually.

I'm an old guy and still got a strong libido

Times in my life when it has dropped are all related to stress

Be it work or relationship stress but this can wreck havoc with your wellbeing sexually
