Hi.

Well, I’ve had one or two drinks tonight so I thought I’d pass on one or two words of wisdom. We’ve been married for nearly 30 years, swinging for 25 or so and on this site since it started or not long after…

First, physical attraction is great, but the best sex we’ve ever had was with people we make a connection with. We’ve played with some really hot people but none of them compared to the ones we had a laugh with, the ones we really wanted to spend time with and the ones who just got us.

Second, life is too short for regrets. It’s so much better to long back on the things you’ve done than regret the things you didn’t do. I spent a huge part of my life scared to do the things I wanted to do - such a waste. Believe me when I say, I’m not going to let than happen in the future.

Third. Be who you are. There’s no point pretending to be something you’re not. People will love you for who you are or not. Either way, there’s no point trying to be something you’re not. We spent a long time telling people what we thought they wanted to hear, pretending to be something we’re not, to no avail. Be yourself and be damned lol.

Please dont take this to heart - who are we to tell people how to live their lives...
