From a documentary I saw a while back, it showed the swinging scene in the U.S to be more tempting though it was not a thorough portrayal of the true swinging society. For those whose have been there and or live there, would you tell me how it is like and what the differences are in comparison to the U.K scene.

That's odd. I was envious of all the action on Fab Swingers on your side of the pond.

Central

It all varies, in the US and the UK, depending on the area, the people at the time etc. As on fab, there are newbies, and experienced swingers and you have the same potential for having great fun, or trouble finding people who are compatible with each other.

Some venues are much bigger over in the US, with potentially more partners, but as we all well know - size isn't everything. I think my fave clubs are small and friendly, where you get to know staff etc, which is harder in huge places.

Best thing is to track down venues in locations you're potentially interested in visiting and then see how they interest you.

Overall, people are people and will have varying sexual interests and experience. Good luck!

Over here seems to have a random hit and miss result. Also it seems that being in the city doesn't seem to have the same results as if you lived further out. I've just been curious because the scene in U.S just seems more friendly and less pressure.

Sometimes with the small venues can lead to cliques forming and newcomers can be left out. Especially if you happen to be shy or just happen to be new to the swinging society. Plus the prices can be a major factor.
