Just had a message telling us that we were being removed from a friendslist because we dont do meets that often!

We are quite picky about who we meet and only do meets occasionally which we do state on our profile.

Our last meet was about 3 months ago of which we neither gave nor received veris fir because basically it was a crap meet.

This person said that because we joined 8 months ago and our last veri was around the same time we were being removed.

Truth being told we would never have met them anyway as they dont fit the bill.

Got me wondering though, would you take this type of thing into account when profile browsing?

How often do you guys meet?

Are we not entitled to do this thing our own way?

Hardly ever ....

Im on here for different reasons to others I guess, and even if I was able to meet more often I wouldn't be on here.

I look at everything when I look at profiles from how many people they've met to who they have met.

Last year I met four times. This year I've had two play meets and my profile is hidden as I've had back problems so taking a break.

We all use the site how we choose. I don't think I've wasted a second worrying about what others think.

We're the same, free time for us is a scarce thing so we need to balance it between family and swinging. Tbh was it worth having them on your friends list anyway???

I meet whenever i can and i feel comfy with someone....And can go through spells of meeting lots then hardly at all.

I am lucky as i get every other weekend to myself and try to plan ahead around that.

Someone who hasn't met a lot wouldn't put me off tho i would be more put off by someone who had several meets a week...everyone uses the site for different things...just stick to what your'e happy with

I never look at how often people meet from their veris because people have repeat meets and don't bother constantly verifying. I don't meet that often but tough luck really if someone doesn't want to meet because of that reason. The irony is, of course, if they DID meet then the incidence of ones meets would increase. Daft really.

I'd be more put off by lots of meets were it looks like they meet anyone, or no meets. They are difficult to arrange so I wouldn't expect a lot.

I got a rude message from someone for similar reasons to you op. Appparently I was a timewaster because I didn't meet them when they requested. I was pleased they deleted me. I don't like uptight people.

I meet when I meet. This site isn't my whole life. Also this isn't the only site or profile.

For a start we don't use the friends list in that way, we use it for people we know and like to contact and maybe meet or people we'd like to meet.

Soooo if anyone sent us a prissy message like that first of all we'd think yeah okay thanks and goodbye and secondly they'd be in Blocked City. We would not get on with people as anal as that

My free time is limited because of marriage. When I have been free and arranged meets in the last couple of months, they have been cancelled a hour or 2 before actual meet. Im not happy when that happens because I like the rest of us here I wont meet just anyone. Nothing wrong with not meeting regularly even though it would be nice to find one regular guy to see, it maybe wont happen for me. If they dont want to meet up then they dont, I havent met couples, not my thing but its strange how some people behave towards others on here

I use the friends list as a way of keeping in touch with people I consider friends or I am planning to meet. If somebody on it falls outside these categories after a while I remove them. I don't send an email though most people don't even notice.

This is probably what's happened they probably sent the email hoping you would offer to meet lol.

Did you ever speak to them?

My friends list is for chat purposes and if they want to meet then thats good too but havent heard from half of them for ages, I havent messaged them either because when I do I dont hear anything back. Not whinging just stating a fact of fab life.

We have had 2 meets this year but 1 of them was a repeat. We have one set up for sunday but after that we will be taking a wee break to possibly august or october.

Time is hard to come by with kids , work etc but we aim to meet ppl 4-5 times a year.

We have had 1 meet from here and have been trying to arrange another, its taking a while as its either not been convenient for us or for them, it will happen when it happens and will be worth it when it does, we can only realistically meet others every 6 to 8 weeks due to family and life commitments and apart from that this is a secondary part of our life and we would never be looking to have meets every week as think it would take the excitement out, less is more as they say

About once a month and mainly with couples, though Mrs N does occasionally indulge me in some light cuckery, which I like alot. We feel we do our bit to help satisfy the randy male population whenever we can and hey at least we do do it occasionally.

It sounds almost like a club within a club. Entry is only impossible withough resorting to lying. Why bother with a club that sounds like they are in it for completely different reasons than yourself? They sound like they are destined to disappear up their own arses.

and them men mailing me telling me about it all... thing is she had blocked me so I could not ask why , But did show me what some are like . So keep some thing to myself .

With my irregular shift hours and peripatetic job, VERY rarely, perhaps once or twice a year and as for going beyond the natter over a pot of tea and slice of cake stage.

Also, I do realise my age does count strongly against me.

Too few verifications = Don't meet

Decline a meet after a couple of messages = Time waster

Say thanks but no thanks after a message = Your loss

Decline an invite to jump in the sack = Why the hell not, this is a sex site!

We don't have a set time formula for meets, we just go with the flow. You can't please everyone so just please yourself and there will always be people who want you just the way you are.

If I could find a couple of localish guys who were actually single I'd hopefully meet more than I do as currently it's a coupla times a month for parties or 1:1, If I'm honest, I'd quite like half a dozen different blokes on tap if I could find the right candidates without compromising my (admittedly few and low) standards

We go months without meets and then may have 3/4 in one month. We have a busy family life 2 children and full time jobs to juggle. It's hard work but when we do meet or go to clubs we really enjoy it.

We don't have a quota to fill...we just meet if and when we feel like it. Plus it depends on our free time and if there is anyone that we actually want to meet.

We have only had 2 meets so far this year...mainly because we haven't had the right offers. (Yet our last verification was October)

Can't say we are that fussed what others think of us. We use the site how we want too.

I have no set agenda for scheduling meets - I don't feel the need to stick to any given frequency. I have a regular friend I visit pretty much weekly, sometimes a couple of times, as she lives somewhere I pass by frequently with work, assuming of course it's convenient for both of us - not just me! As I travel a lot with work there are people i've made friends with on previous visits that I may meet again, often months apart. Then there's the friends i've made in the forums that i'll visit every now and then for club nights or just 1-2-1's. Plus of course the odd random, spur of the moment meet or the occasional one off planned in advance.

Do I care how others view my activity on site? About as much as I care how others choose to manage their own interactions.

It's called personal choice and respecting opinions, preferences and commitments. And if someone doesn't have those views - it's unlikely i'd ever entertain the thought of chatting to them for long, let alone meeting!

As Obi said, I don't have a planned amount to meet, just when someone takes my fancy and both they and I have the time free.

If I was to average this out then maybe once or twice a week?

Truth be told I couldn't give a monkey's how often others choose to meet. If they choose to meet twice a year then so what? They could have very demanding home lives, they could just prefer monogamy most of the time or they could have a lower sex drive. Likewise someone who meets every day wouldn't put me off either. If I didn't work all hours I wouldn't mind sex on a daily basis, banging away more than a toddler put in front of a shiny new drum kit.

I do have criteria that my meets must fit into, for example someone who is unimaginative, unhygienic or stupid gets no boots with me. However how often someone meets? I wouldn't give it a second thought.

We use the friends list for people we are hoping to meet up with at some point, we dont anyone in our friends list that we have no intention off meeting.

When we are free we will email people in our friends list to see if they are free, if we feel they are never free or have no intention of meeting then we delete them, we wouldnt send them an email letting them know either.

We have spells of meeting. We might meet up 3/4 times in a couple of months then nothnig for 4 or 5 months its not the numbers that count for us more the having fun when it feels right.
