If we have a social it is exactly that. There might be verbal flirting and a kiss on the cheek to greet and say goodbye but that's it.

If its a no no the initial kiss on the cheek is all that happens but if Julie is interested a full kiss or a cheeky grope.

I suppose how you use the term social, yes we will have a few drinks with you, or, let’s meet up and see if we want to go further for a sexual meet. Most of our socials are the latter

it is a bit forward to do more than a kiss on the cheek with somebody you've not met before, normally it would be a handshake. It is how you part that is the endgame if it's a more seductive kiss and see you later you have succeeded if it's just a shake of the hand and goodbye it's back to normal

Its interesting to see a single guys perspectives, thats how we feel as a couple.

For me, being a slow burn, it's determined by how much chemistry, sexual frisson and energy has been established during our protracted chats over the weeks or months. That's not to say that the extent of our messaging — either here or on Telegram/WhatsApp — has been constrained to licentious chat. I'm averse to 'sex talk' for the sake of 'sex talk'.

My socials are a hybrid of imbibing, woo'ing and coquettish behaviour.

It all depends how well you get on, and how the discussion goes about anything in the future.

I have had socials which have been really positive but which ended with a kiss on the cheek, and something arranged for the future. I have also had socials which have gone really well and ended up getting sucked off in my car

I always go with no expectations from a social, but keep an open mind.

It depends on circumstances surely? A social usually means meeting up to test waters, do you both get on, is there an attraction, can they hold a conversation, can you see being with them sexually. Of course all these things are the traditional social, but if I’ve been chatting with someone for a while before the meet, chances are I already get on with them, perhaps shared some pics and find them attractive. What I haven’t done is seen how I feel when I kiss them - now for me kissing is a big favourite of mine so would like to see how they kiss. Bottom line, a social is whatever the persons meeting want it to be as long as both on same page — IMO

Everyone sees it differently as evidenced by this thread so we make it very clear that we will be meeting socially only. People do sometimes add 'maybe more' that's when we decline because we know we're not what they're looking for.
