How come some fellas foreskin stays above the bell end while erect an some roll back while erect do the have excess forskin or the people that roll back don't have enough. ? Hope you all get what I mean

Everyone is different, some guys have more or looser foreskin than others so it will stay above the head when erect

I can do both but cum so much easier with foreskin in place as opposed to rolled back. Looks neater rolled back though lol.

Some may simply be suffering from phimosis, which is when you can't retract the foreskin fully over the head of the penis. I had this as a toddler resulting in nasty infection which left me with a cottage cheese like discharge *eats breakfast*

Needless to say I had to have a circumcision.
