Tried one years ago, does drawer more blood into dick and therefore made it a bit thicker and harder for a while, but didn’t double its girth or anything. Maybe increased girth from 3.5” to 4 or 4.5” on a temporary basis. Made it look more impressive I guess, if you can be impressed with a dick thats length is 4 to 5 inches 😜
