Tough one as different situations and scenarios quickys can be just as good as long sessions or you can then go again and again are you talking about just one session

As long as feels right is really the only answer.

That being said when I was a teenager I really couldn't finish, so my first time was a 6 hour long ordeal which ended in my being dumped shortly after haha
