People who don't post public face pics presumably avoid doing so for entirely understandable concerns around work, family etc.

If you DO show your faces however, does that mean you believe the risk of getting identified is slim?.. Or you're just not bothered if you are? .. Or is it part of the turn on, even?

Just interested in people's views.

I live in a small area and most people who have recognised me,Have usually been ok.

EDIT: Although some of my friends couples/women when they`ve had face pictures on display it has led to being hassled on nights out by single men.

It's not always as simple as that. Here's a scenario that befell someone I know: Bob (on Fab) knows Susan (on Fab). No problem so far.

Susan met Ann (a colleague from work who isn't on Fab), Ann asked Susan how her 'online dating' was coming along. Susan showed Ann her Fab profile, over a glass of wine, and also showed, amongst others, Bob's risqué profile and his face photos because Susan and Bob are friends.

Ann, who is happily married, was mortified. She happens to be Bob's niece...!

If Bob's profile had been obfuscated Ann would have been none-the-wiser.

While we’ve got no issue sending face pics, uploading them to our public is just a bit too scary haha. We both work sensitive jobs and being “outed” could cause some issues, but we also worry about being spotted and approached by someone while out when we’re not expecting it.

Much admiration for the ones who do post face pics though. Maybe one day we’ll be brave enough to do it too haha.

We show our faces but keep rude things to Friends only and only accept people we've met in person.

We understand by having face pics that the likelihood is we will recognised but we do it so people can see what we look like and if they like what they see they can send us a message (hopefully with facepics attached).

We have nothing to hide by being on here and our lifestyle choice has nothing to do with anyone else but obviously we do respect others privacy and choices.
