Do you hold grudges? Or do you think what's the point? I don't hold grudges myself, I find it's easier to forgive and move on.

No I don’t. I don’t let any grudges live in my head

Nah. I don’t necessarily maintain contact but not because of a grudge just because I learn my lessons.

Sort of do hold the grudge to remind myself and don't get involved with that person again.

I do ( male) but there's reasons behind them, but I've become more forgiving in later life.

Some things are worth a grudge but it’s not like I dwell on any.

I had to look the meaning of 'grudge' up before I answered.

There is one person I hold ill will towards and probably always will. They told lies about me that could have cost my job and meant I had to go through a whole disciplinary procedure involving respected colleagues and defend myself against accusations that had no basis in fact.

I'm not bitter about it, I rarely think about it and although it impacted my life very badly at the time it hasn't since. However there is nothing that person could do or say that would stop me feeling ill will towards them.

I don't bear any other grudges though...yet

Bear 1 grudge and if ever I see him I'll knock his teeth out as him pretending to be me when stopped by police driving an uninsured car with bald tires nearly cost me my license, and despite proofing it wasn't me to police when I found out I still ended up in court as dvla wanted me to surrender said license and pay thousand pound in various fines until I proofed at the time and date of the incident I was at work 30 miles away with witnesses, still cost me a solicitors fee ,I was tempted to send a very bad man who was looking for him to his home address as I had it via court summons but someone pointed out this bad man would hurt his family to get to him and two wrongs don't make a right but if I ever see him in street I will lay him out

Agreed,it does depend on what the person has done. I think life is short and no one knows what's around the corner. I would rather not carry that weight with me. Maybe I'm soft in my old age 😁

I see nothing positive in holding a grudge....I'm too emotional to handle anything negative in my life

I will hold a grudge until it is settled. Even if it takes the rest of my life.

No. That's what toxic workplace Karen's do. Real men get along with eachother because we have real things to worry about.

Holding a grudge seems to do the bearer more harm than the recipient.

Doesn't mean I want anything to do with a few people though and would happily stand and watch them on fire.

"Hell yes. Forgiveness is earned, not gifted. "

Very true in some cases...

All depends.

Minor things I wouldn't care about but I never forget. Once bitten twice shy.
