Yes, we’ve all heard of V1agra & C1alis… but what performance enhancing “legal” supplements, foods, or potions are you aware of…?
Well, I’ve worked in the Supplements Industry for over 10 years, and have a list but please, feel free to add to it - and also, try some and let me know how you get on…
Tongkat Ali, Fadogia Agrestis - Men Only - two famous natural herbs that either mimic Luteinizing hormone (LH) or make you produce more, which in turn, can increase testosterone levels in men, and are now scientifically proven - some people still argue against this, but it has been proven, but just not for everyone, usually only if you are low - great natural supplements to try, especially if you are an older guy (obviously check with your doctor if you have any health concerns or are on any medication)
Caffeine - Men & Women - 30mins before sex… it’s actually a vaso constrictor, and makes your cock / clit more erect, allowing for stronger orgasms (also scientifically proven) and also gives more energy for a better performance!
Citrulline - Men & Women - actually a vaso dilator, allows for more blood flow in general, and was used in natural sex enhancing supplements for years, as a natural V1agra, but also helps to pump more blood to the vagina too for better blood flow, and enhanced sexual pleasure - also many other ingredients that are usually found in Non-Stimulant Pre-Workout potions, found in Bodybuilding Supplement shops, designed to increase PUMP in the gym, will also increase Pump in your bits too!! I actually sometimes take these supplements before a workout and sex - because they are perfectly natural, relatively cheap, well tolerated, and can be found quite easily online 
Not - so - natural - stuff
Dapoxetine this is actually a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation in men aged 18–64. It works by increasing serotonin levels in the brain to delay ejaculation. And is now sometimes found in a lot of popular V1agra tablets / gels, and either labelled as SUPER V1AGRA - or not mentioned at all… now you can buy the blue pills over the counter without prescription, it’s worth checking and making sure your pills don’t have this in… can be dangerous if taken with other meds, so keep your eyes peeled for this one, cause one of my mates had this, and didn’t realise it - and he’s already on SSRI’s
PT-141 - a peptide that is available in most countries legally, and can be purchased quite easily online like most peptides, but I would do your research on this one first. It can actually switch on your sex drive, men & women, and is prescribed to post menopausal women in the USA, and is said to be fantastic - it is - I have tried this, as I make videos on most popular supplements, and is more for mental sexual stimuli, rather than blood flow like the blue pills - it was actually synthesised from MT-2 - the tanning peptide, as people reported the side effect of stupidly increased sex drive in clinical trials - only really should be taken if you need it - MT-2 was designed as a solution to fair skinned people who work outdoors, to protect their skin, but probably wasn’t suitable due to 2 main side effects - Diarrhea at first, and nausea - but after a week, your body tolerates it much more, and you only get the benefits - PT-141 is literally the same thing as the popular tanning injections you can get under the counter in certain sunbed shops, but without the tanning bit…
I don’t recommend this… unless you’re prescribed it, or have no libido, and have tried everything else - in short, don’t be daft
