Ive come across this a lot.

Are hidden veris a red flag? Im assuming that any you dont see are negative reviews. Am i being unfair in that assumption? What do you think? Or anyone here who has?

Veris come from all different sources, some could be met at social, some could be hiding meets with preferences they don’t show on their profile, or people

They wouldn’t want others to know they met.

If they have verifications it means they are hopefully real, easier to check with ones viewable as you can then check out who gave them.

Maybe the people they've met have left the site, as the veries go with them.

Or they don't want others knowing who they've met etc.

I think if I was at all concerned, I'd ask if I could see a couple of their veries, just to be sure.

From past experience

It stops someone else getting jealous or going in a huff as they forget that people chat with Many and build up a connection with chemistry and someone else might have just started chatting with them but a verification pops up and boom gets a hissy fit 😂🤣

That's interesting, we've never been asked what happened with a verification before. In my opinion if they are comfortable leaving you a veri then they are comfortable with it being shared.

But that's just my opinion x

I've been contacted in the past about information about someone I'd met.

But then I get shunned by some people who say that I have too many.

I hide veries from guys that don't understand etiquette or from those that create verifications and I've never met them... You can assume all you want it's your choice do no it's not a red flag for me and I don't care about verifications. They mean zero to nme because what someone else tolerates or lowers themselves to isn't what i'd do.

My last meet was with a TV who tends to only meet guys who are "straight", so they don't show any of their veris for privacy. They do quote them anonymously in their profile though.

Fair enough, no offence meant, just ive heard to avoid hidden veris and wasn't sure why, hence posting . Not sure about wether or not I'm lowering myself

I never show veris. I hate them. The thought of being rated like an eBay purchase is not for me. I’ll leave them for others but will never go into detail. Some of the veris I read put me off meeting both the verified person and the one who verified them.

I hide mine. I didn't want or ask for them nor do I write them when i have met. People do nevertheless so I keep them hidden.

Also I've had veris from people I've never get, presumably they think it is a good way to get attention if messages aren't read?

Plus, if one was really graphic I wouldn't want to display it.

Likely there are many more reasons why someone wouldn't show them.

I don't display my veri summary, and only display some of my veris.

But without the summary you cant tell if all are all on display anyway. Some have left the site so their veri is gone, some are not something I'd want to display.

People who leave the site don't show the veri's anymore.

Repeat verifications I don't see the point in showing several from the same person so I don't.

Sexual verifications make me cringe a little so I don't show those either, sexual trip advisor ain't my thing.

We've enough shown to say we are who we are, we turn up and that's all people need to know.

Ones we hide are either to graphic and give away to much detail and it's not our thing or from ppl we barely talked to and did not want them to verify us at social events hence why we hide them.

I hide my verie's because on a previous profile I have had people messaging the members who verified me. 2 members who verified me messaging each other comparing..and also one person who verified me told a couple I would meet them and to contact me via my verification...

Also I have had in the past, " you met X why won't you meet me " and men contacting me mentioning they are what I am looking for based on what others have said about our meets.

A meet I had recently had got the hump that I had new verification but it was actually a second one he had left me himself.

Verifications to me are a hassle and I don't particularly want to be given one after meeting...They can sometimes sound patronising too.

I don't particularly care if people don't like that I don't display my verifications, they can move on to the next person.
