Was asked by a friend the other day what I’d rate myself out of 10 in terms of body and look wise ?

Now .. confidence is off the scale for my mouth, but when it comes to body / looks.. it’s quite the opposite.

I’m the same, I’m still not confident about my body to put a public pic on.

I do have some distinctive features too so also worried about privacy in my area

I think we all harbour elements of self doubt, some which could be attributed to genuine reasons and others less so - as in we are much 'better' than we would give credit for.

My confidence within a one-to-one social setting (e.g. a date) or in a bedroom is a 9 out of 10...

... however I would give myself a 5 overall. That's not a self deprecating remark but more to do with existential issues: Alopecia. That knocked my confidence and, whilst I'm still meeting people (women) it's a hurdle which I have to overcome and gain reassurance that she is also comfortable with my 'condition'.

Always been body confident but now I have a bloating issue which has made me really self conscious, but still have good days and know I’m in better shape than most women my age

Definitely not confident about my face though, know I’m not pretty and have features that I hate.

Avoid face videos and selfies at all times… 😔

Based purely on aesthetics..... I'm probably a 5/6 I work out 4/5 times a week..... but love cake, I'm also quite plain looking, I don't really have an 'outstanding feature (other than my eyes)
