Worked almost entirely from home since 2008 and usually the only one here too.

If I have no video calls and the weather allows I often work totally nude.

Wanking, edging, watching porn and all sorts of other shenanigans have been carried out on a pretty regular basis while I ought to have been doing something constructive.
