There's a piece of foreplay i saw on a lover once... the guy was fingering her quite vigorously...but a key feature was his pressing down on her abdomen in some way...

This can feel amazing but be very mindful that ladies with endo, ovarian cysts, pcos and lots of other things can find pelvic pressure painful so make sure to check with the lady that she’s happy and comfortable for you to do it.

If she is then, for me the heel of a hand pressed slowly but firmly down from my belly button but before the pubic mound while I’m being fingered feels amazing.
