Cheating to my mind is doing something that you know someone who loves you wouldn't want you to do, then keeping it a secret. Trying to get round it by using definitions is just trying to justify it to yourself, it's the intent behind the action that counts.

It's not just things you keep hidden that can be classed as cheating. If you slept with someone else etc then told your partner, that's still cheating. If you threatened to do it as some form of control, then did it, that's still cheating.
