Dad bod for me. We go to the gym, and the people with the full gym bod just seem like massive twats 90% of the time. Also, I'm don't exactly have a gym bod myself, so I'm not gonna judge a few extra pounds.

no such thing as a dad bod as you can be anysize to be a dad its just an excuse to hide your real size man or woman just be honest same goes for rugby build have you seen how fiy modern rugby players are

just be honest its not like people dont like larger men or women

Over the years I've been fat, thin, muscular and chubby.

I can say without any shadow of a doubt I got the most attention, offers, come ons and flirting when I was.

1. Muscular

2. Thin

3. Chubby

4. Fat

Currently I'm in the chubby phase after putting on a good chunk and it is like night and day. Even outside of fab, swinging, dating or anything sexy.

When I was looking more "in shape" people were just nicer to me, you get treated with more respect and upon meeting people they don't come at you with un-conscious bias so much.

I hate that this is the case.
