Being polite, friendly and honest is always a good start.

If you’re messaging a couple, address them both.

A good rule of thumb that I tend to use is to write a message as if you were introducing yourself to someone at a social event… You certainly wouldn’t be swinging your dick around asking “fancy a fuck” in that case.

I find a nice polite conversation is the way to go op, let’s face it, you wouldn’t go up to a woman in a pub and whip your cock out, I get you may not want your face on here, but have a couple of face pics and full body pics in your private pics, and send one of those in the opening message.
