I've had someone contact me about a guy I've left a veri for. Now I'd never do this and think its a bit out of line but maybe that's just me! Thoughts anyone??

I think as a single female safety is a massive issue and someone may just want as much information as possible Pre meet.

Yeah i think that's a bit odd and if anyone mailed me asking about any i left i would tell them t ask the person in question.

What makes a good meet with one person might not with another

I have had something similar and politely said i am not divulging infornation as the meet and subsequent veri was personal.

One of the reasons I hid mine! Some people don't mind, I personally thought it inappropriate.

Yeah as a fellow single female I totally agree about safety but still I'd never question a previous veri plus the stuff she's asking certainly ain't about the safety aspect of the meet!!!

Had that from a very strange person saying "we've shagged the same person"

I said I never shagged him it was a social meet if you read it properly you'll see that

She wanted a MFF meet with him and it wasn't going to happen

If you think they're doing it for suspicious reasons - report them.

There's a big difference between a polite general enquiry from a safety point of view and snooping or asking for details that are private and personal.

Depends on what they're asking. Like Obi says-if it's checking someone out for safety reasons we wouldn't have a problem endorsing someone but if they're just being nosey we'd tell them to jog on. Either way, we'd never give any personal or intimate information.

We have done this once. On a couple profile nearly 2 years old with one very old Verification.

The couple we asked told us they wished they could delete the verificationas things went bad afterwards.

So our suspicion was justified.

I had someone let me know that they'd been messaged and asked questions about me - kind of uneasy about that - made me feel uncomfortable about the person in question I'd rather they asked me anything they want to know.

Said perfectly

I would also let the person being enquired about, know I'd had the email.
